1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases and redemptions made
through the HAFMA Bazaar platform (“Platform”), owned and operated by HAFMA
Fintech.
2. Hafma Points Usage & Refunds
- Hafma Points are digital reward points earned through HAFMA 360 platform.
- Points once redeemed are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
- Hafma Points have no monetary value and are not transferable.
3. INR Payment Refunds
- Refunds on INR payments are governed by the partner store’s
refund/cancellation policy.
- HAFMA is not responsible for refunds related to product quality, delivery, or
pricing.
- If a store initiates a refund, the amount will be credited to the original
payment source as per payment gateway terms.
4. Failed Transactions
- If a transaction fails before completion, Hafma Points will be automatically
restored to the user’s wallet.
- Partial payments (Hafma + INR) that fail mid-process will not be charged.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before payment is confirmed.
- Once payment is processed (Hafma + INR), cancellation is subject to the
store's policy.
- For any issues, users must contact the respective store directly.
6. Store Accountability
- All product-related queries (refunds, exchanges, cancellations, delays) must
be raised with the partner store.
- HAFMA acts only as a facilitator and does not own, sell, or ship products.
