1. Introduction
Welcome to HAFMA
Bazaar (“Platform”), operated by HAFMA Fintech. By accessing or using our
platform, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “HAFMA”,
“Company” refers to HAFMA Fintech.
“You”, “User”, “Member” refers to any
individual using the HAFMA Bazaar platform.
3. Eligibility
To access the platform,
you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid Hafma 360
account
Provide accurate KYC and nominee details
4. Account and Security
You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and
account information. You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized
access or security breaches.
5. Use of Hafma Points
Hafma Points
are not legal tender and have no standalone monetary value.
Points can only
be used as partial payment at authorized partner stores, with the balance
payable via INR or equivalent gateways.
The redemption percentage is pre-set
per store and may vary.
Hafma Points cannot be transferred, refunded, sold,
or exchanged for cash.
6. Payments and Integration
All INR
payments are securely processed via Secured payment.
HAFMA does not store any
card or bank account information directly.
Payment failures or rejections are
subject to providers transaction terms and bank policies.
Partial payments
via Hafma Points and INR must be completed in a single transaction flow.
7. Data Collection and Usage
By using
our platform, you agree to provide the following information, which will be
processed as per our Privacy Policy:
PAN, Aadhaar, Passport
Nominee and
bank details
Investment and Hafma Point transaction records
Store visit
and redemption history
All sensitive data is encrypted and stored securely.
8. Store Partnerships and
Deliveries
HAFMA partners with verified brands and outlets for
redemption.
We do not handle product availability, quality, pricing, or
delivery timelines.
Disputes regarding product, billing, or delivery must be
raised directly with the respective store.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Hafma
Points, once redeemed, are non-refundable.
INR refunds are subject to the
partner store’s cancellation and return policies.
If a transaction fails
before completion, Hafma Points will be restored automatically to the user’s
account.
10. Termination and Suspension
We
reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account if:
Fraudulent
activity is detected
Terms are violated
Misuse of the Hafma Points system
occurs
11. Modifications
We reserve the right
to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page and
notified via email or app push notification where appropriate.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be
governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
